In the summer of 2005, the Artisan Bakery Au Pain Gamin opens its doors. Our project was born from our taste to make tasty bakery products, sourdough or yeast bread made with the best flours that the market could offer us, all butter croissants, treats made with the same ingredients and the same recipes than used at home. Beautiful local products, with a unique and tasty taste, using only top quality ingredients. We are proud to be part of the nutrition of people who have chosen healthy eating. Summer and winter, the baker offers us a nice variety of bread and baguette, in different shapes, tastes and colors. Made from the best Quebec flour, according to a French-inspired manufacturing process, shaped by hand and cooked on the sole, every day there is bread on the board!
