Bistro de l'Anse

About

Located in L’Anse-Saint-Jean, one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec, the BISTRO DE L’ANSE is both a family restaurant overlooking the Saguenay Fjord, a bistro bar offering tasty microbrewery beers and a warm and intimate show room. All this in a 150-year-old heritage building that used to be a fishing camp.

A GOURMET BISTRO IS THE DAY
The site remained the property of the Price family until the end of the 90s, when five entrepreneurs from L’Anse-Saint-Jean decided to start a bistro bar and to open to the public this heritage jewel with a superb terrace overlooking the Saguenay Fjord. This is neither more nor less than one of the most beautiful bistros in Quebec that opens its doors in 2002. The new owners have made the Bistro de L’Anse a must, thanks to a good combination of local cuisine, microbrewery beers and music shows. For ten years, this group will establish the reputation of the Bistro as a place of culture and conviviality.
