About

The Brewers of the North, the microbrewery of Quebec that is known for Boréale beers, was founded in 1987 by three passionate people who wanted to create an original beer, pure malt and all natural. A year later, the first redhead in Quebec, Boréale Rousse, was launched.

Since then, the microbrewery supports the local brewing industry, encourages the creation of new products and brews beers according to the best artisanal and environmental practices.
