La Boulangerie Du pain… c’est tout !, is an artisanal and family bakery that contributes to enhancing the art of bread. It is a bakery focused on bread and pastries sown with natural leaven, mixing tradition and modernity to have products rich in aroma and more digestible, highlighting the homemade. It is a healthy bakery, by the choice of local raw materials, seasonal and organic: such as the flours of La Seigneurie des Aulnaies (from organic wheats of the region and milled on stone), La Fromagerie butter Port-Joli, farmer's eggs, and Ora milk. Our products are without additives, dyes or preservatives. We favor sourdough for its digestibility, its preservation as well as its taste. By a mixture of flour and a slow and short kneading, we reduce the glycemic index of our products. It's a human bakery, where you can meet, discuss and ask questions from whoever makes the bakehouse live. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge as some have done for us. It's an evolutionary bakery, our approach is focused on improving our craftsmanship, constantly researching new flours or new processes that will make the bread healthier and more digestible.What's important to us?
