It is a sensory experience that awakes your senses and enables you to completely re-evaluate your perception … Our approach to the cooking has evolved since our first experiences in July 2004, we offer a bistronomic cuisine without drift pretentious.Jéremy Niquet and his team develops a tasty cuisine, refined and especially perfectly adapted to the context of tasting very particular. The flavors are enhanced, the tastes well separated in the plate with a pedagogical organization and sensory logic. We offer our customers surprise menus composed of two to five courses. Our visitors have no idea what they will have to eat. The whole experience is about flavors, textures with often the support of the olfaction. This is an old principle often used in the food or luxury industry, called "blind tasting" and tends to hide the preconceived ideas. The surprise menus are adapted according to the seasons and consist only of fresh products, 80% of organic farming. They change every three months depending on the season. Special packages are available for events such as Valentine's Day, Christmas and New Year's.
