Our farm, the Ferme du Moulin des Moissons is located in Grosrouvre, Yvelines, on the edge of the Forest Rambouillet.Our flour, from our harvests of wheat, is unique: a millstone flour that our father miller crushes on square. Our bread can be kept for several days, as before. A semi-complete bread with a good taste of wheat. A local bread which we assure you the origin of the seed sown until the bread cooked and crispy.
