Ferme du Pré Carré

If you enjoy real meat from animal-friendly farms that are free of antibiotics and other additives, you're in the right place.Where does the expression of the square come from? This name is the ancestor of agricultural zoning and refers to the area reserved by a peasant who must take care of his territory and defend it. It is in this state of mind that we chose this name, because it characterizes our dream to live on the farm, despite the increased difficulties to make its niche in the modern agricultural field. In fact, small-scale artisanal production represents a lot of pitfalls and challenges in order to maintain its competitive position at a time of market globalization. Despite this reality, we believe in our strengths and feel that the adventure is worth living. In 2006, increased demand in the mulard duckling allowed us to acquire the farm. This opportunity has allowed us to start and gain experience in this area for eight years. Recently, as some of you have seen, our operations have diversified into four productions (mule duck, pasture lamb, berkshire pork and blond rabbits), distributed through our on-farm outlet. If you enjoy real meat from animal-friendly farms, whose diet is free of antibiotics and other additives, do not hesitate to contact us and it will be a pleasure for us to serve you. Note that several cuts of meat are available, in addition to homemade sausages, rillettes and prepared meals. Do not hesitate to send us your special requests for specific cuts, mechoui or others.
