The bison of the Petite-Nation is a tasty meat, tender and low in fat. In order to obtain a quality and a taste always uniform, our meat consists only of young animals. The bison of Petite-Nation is raised without growth hormones or antibiotics. Our animals are exclusively fed on grass, hay and oat cereal. Herb-fed bison meat is characterized by high levels of omega 3 and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), an important element in preventing heart disease and cancer.
