Fromagerie Lehmann

About

Anxious about the animal and its food, the farm does not use GMOs, pesticides or chemical fertilizers. A wide variety of forage plants are used to feed the animals on pasture in the summer. In winter, they are fed on hay and cereals produced on the farm.

The Brown cow is the oldest dairy breed. It is distinguished by its ability to turn grass and hay into a rich milk. Over the centuries and still today, this mountain cow has made its mark for its high-level cheese yield.
