Fromagerie St-Laurent, one of the largest dairy processing plants in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region, was established in Saint-Bruno in May 1972. From that moment on, all the cheese-making activities will be centralized here.
St-Laurent cheese is fresh cheddar, of course, but it’s also a variety of cheeses and other specialty products that are just as succulent as each other.
Thanks to the exceptional quality of the milk produced in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, our butter has a rich flavor and unmistakable creaminess. Butter St-Laurent aptly enhances your home dishes as much as the cuisine of the great chefs. To offer yourself a little butter from the Fromagerie St-Laurent is to treat yourself to a little daily pleasure.
