The company was founded in 2006 by Cathy Poirier and Alain Méthot from Percé. Since then, they have been involved in the project to develop the ultimate taste of Atlantic salmon from our region and to introduce new flavors of a Gaspesian product.
Developed over the years, Smoked Salmon Smoked Salmon Émile is available throughout the province. Our goal is to tame the national market, and make you discover the different flavors of salmon from home. We want to increase our production while prioritizing the natural flavor of salmon.
