Hopera

About

The microbrewery Hopera was born on June 6, 2014. It is the ideal place to come to taste and especially to discover different beers, sometimes brewed with ingredients far from the traditions that will be appreciated amateurs and convince even those who do not really like beer. Also, if you think you have already eaten the best pizza dough, think again, because it is here at the Hopera.

Much more than a microbrewery, it is a place where we place great importance on the partnership between entrepreneurs in the region and where we are proud to display our environmental, ecological and professional conscience. Whether from the harvest of grain (residues of cereal) by a farmer, the development of a garden to be self sufficient part of the year or the manufacture of their hot sauce, smoked meats on the spot and the dough made every day by hand, the Hopera is continually looking for a concrete way to minimize their ecological footprint.

Their many efforts have recently been successful, since they are now certified Zone Boréal Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean
