La Boucanerie d'Henri


Claude Bernard and Josée Harbor are the founders of La Boucanerie d’Henri. Since 2004, they have acquired a know-how and a unique experience in the manufacture of artisanal hot smoked salmon. Following the ever-growing success of their passion, they had been planning for a few years to start a home-made company. They wanted to offer this product unique flavors while perpetuating traditions. Their dream comes true in 2016 after many steps. Today, La Boucanerie d’Henri occupies the building of an old cheese factory.

This facility meets government requirements and will meet all of their current and future needs for artisanal hot smoked salmon.
