Founded in 2005, The cicada and the ant! grow a wide variety of vegetables and herbs in baskets for about 75 families in Carleton-sur-Mer and Maria from early July to late October. From November to April, in his kitchen, the company concocts various products from the harvests of the summer season, as well as some bakery products. The grasshopper and the ant! also offers a cooked food service.
