Le Bruit Qui Court

About

Le Bruit Qui Court is a coffee shop created in January 2013 in the form of SCOP in Chambéry. The main objectives are to promote local agriculture through the supply of local products, relay associative initiatives and collective meaningful, be a place of cultural and artistic expression and be open to the greatest number. Noise Who Court is first and foremost a place of restoration offering daily specials to the slate lunch and a tapas menu in the evening. In the so-called “slow-food” movement, we put forward a simple, healthy and seasonal diet by combining local products from here to flavors from elsewhere:

– Lunch (from 12 to 14h), two types of dish of the day are proposed to the slate: the first meat-based or fish-based, the second vegetarian.

– In the evening (from 9pm to 9.30pm), the catering section is organized around a tapas menu (always with a vegetarian offer) For all dishes, we practice a cuisine “Conscious”, the choice of ingredient is geared towards local productions and respectful of the environment (organic, reasoned cultures). Some products not available in the region come from more remote areas while being vigilant and prioritizing ethical sectors.
