The name of the restaurant, "Léo à table", affirms its geographical location on the Hauts de Rouen and more precisely at 1, rue Georges Braque at the Grand Mare. The restaurant operates since September 1st in spacious, warm, fully renovated, and brought up to standard, especially in terms of disabled accessibility. Beyond the quality of the service and the dishes served, the objectives of this associative project are the following ones:
- To propose a quality catering offer, oriented on a kitchen using organic products, or resulting from circuits-courts.
- To professionalize, in the integration company, jobseekers enrolled in the association or young people under the hands of justice in the catering trades.
- Allow support and training employment on trades in a sector in tension.
- Anime on a territory in difficulty, a place of intergenerational and intercultural life, rich social mix (team and customers), and sense: bio / circuit-short / insertion.
