Les Vents d’Ange

About

It is in the heart of the village of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac that we brew beers in the image of our terroir.

André Lauzon, owner farmer, and Louis-David Rochon, breeder and brewer, knew how to mesh their passions in order to offer a unique product. Together, they set up the Malterie Sucre d’Orge, the only malting plant in Quebec that makes a homemade malt. Also wine producers, the two men of the family were naturally led to create the microbrewery Les Vents d’Ange, a logical continuation for the agricultural enterprise.

Our barley, our malting, our beer.

100% Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, from the field to the bottle.
