Morille Québec is a young company specializing in the marketing of forest mushrooms. Created in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean in 2005.From the beginning, the creation of Morille Québec aimed to contribute to the diversification of the forest industry. Indeed, Quebec soils are full of varieties of forest mushrooms sought throughout the planet. Mr. Simon-Pierre Murdock, the owner of the company had flair when he made every effort to bring this business idea to life.It must be said that Morille Québec was born at a very favorable time. Although, on the one hand, it may seem odd to set up a mushroom company, culinary culture has never been so sophisticated in Quebec. The chefs of the most famous restaurants cook the forest mushrooms in all the sauces and it is common to see these products used by the heads of the small screen. The company knows how to take advantage of this craze and that is why it is very common to find it in the different agri-food events of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region and more and more in the Greater Montreal area.
