My current production is structured around works that use the technique of cooking sandstone with soda. The unique treatment provided by cooking and particular glazes, develops a unique personality.
Sara Mills, I use the technique of cooking ‘Raku’ which produces surprising effects, I find that it is particularly suitable in my way a little summary of shaping the clay. My themes touch the topics of balance in everyday lives. The day-to-day references make juxtapositions and create a metaphorical universe in my works.
