Located in Havelock, near the United States border, the vineyard is located near the Covey Hill Road, a hilly and enchanting area popular with cyclists and other hikers in Quebec. The 7,000 vine plants, aged between 15 and 20 years spread over an area of two hectares, allow the vineyard to produce three white wines each year, two reds, a rosé, an ice wine and a late-harvest wine. The grapes used are French hybrids such as white Seyval, Cayuga, Vidal and Geisenheim. We also grow Maréchal Foch and DeChaunac to produce our red wines, two varieties that have adapted very well to the climate and that give excellent wines. Come visit us. We will be happy to make you taste our wines and discover the vineyard and its facilities. Picnic areas are set up to allow you to spend time in the countryside in a relaxing climate. Apple trees are also found on the vineyard and self-picking is possible in season. Hope to meet you soon !
